Review

It's a great place! Nearby there is a forest, a stream, glades for children's games, a tourist staircase Zimmerman Hill Klimb, consisting of 240 steps. This is a good leg trainer. Everywhere is clean, cozy and calm! Excellent timely service! We love this place!

Great place to settle down

The office staff is great, the maintenance gets things done, and it's pet friendly! I just wish it had a pool...

Poorly run community

Nice on the outside. Community ran by unruly and unsupervised kids that are way too loud, will look in your windows, climb all over your patio belongings and scratch up your vehicles. Residents stand outside smoking in their pajamas at all hours. Community manager is never around office is always closed and she only enforces rules on residents she doesn't like. Maintenance man is just down right creepy I kept my kids inside. This could be a great place to live if it was ran by someone that... really cared.
