AVOID

Horrible acoustics, obnoxious neighbors, topped with ridiculously high rent and every bit of fees they can get you with.

Ridiculous utilities & slow garage door

Cons
Utilities have more than doubled from 4 months ago and nothing has changed in my household.

Apartments do not have AC.

Garage doors are incredibly slow and cause traffic in the area from being able to open. The clickers are also not great.

Random outages - for example, repairing a boiler leaves us without hot water for two days or no water at all for a day

Appliances may look high-end, but they are pretty average.

Pros
Dedicated parking spots
Fun activities are organized every... month or so
Silent-closing drawers
