I have had a great experience staying at the Lakes , the apartment is well insulated so keeps me nice and snug during winters. We had one of the worst storms in over a decade hit the east side and the way the maintenance team handled that tell me everything about their service / maintenance and overall customer satisfaction abilities which are all top notch.

The Lakes Apartment is truly a gem in the heart of Bellevue. The **management team** is exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home and all needs are promptly addressed. The lakes aparments team provides excellent customer service, immediately and professionally!

Since the takeover from prometheus, the management has been very proactive and making upgrades where necessary. They’re also very receptive to issues and fix them in decent timeframes as well. Overall i think it’s a good place to live.

Its been a great experience living here at the The Lakes Apartments. Super friendly staff, with tons of great amenities like included shedded parking, no additional charges for recreation room, movie theatre or conference room. The staff also hosts multiple community events to help us engage and interact with the neighbors.
