Be careful renting Here

This has been the worst experience apartment I have ever had. Before moving in I had asked three times to see the apartment before I signed the lease, and they kept saying not a problem but I was unable to see it untill after I had signed the lease. As a result I moved in and since moving in have been the sickest I have ever been. The only time I have felt better is when I am not here. Talking to the onsite team was no help as they said it was too expensive to test. I have actually put in a... request for an appliance probem as well and almost a month later nothing has been done.

Pathetic.

$75/month sewer fee. OK for neighbors' pot smoke to enter your apartment. Toilets small sized & need to be flushed several times. Doorways narrow. Only slats on balconies so debris can fall to balcony below on that person's outdoor furniture. No storage space. Good luck with parking despite $25 fee. Your space frequently parked in. No parking for guests. Horrible when they decide to pave the parking lots. No place in the meantime to park your car. Wretched landscaping. They charged a fee for... that for a few months. Dead trees. scraggly shrubs. Many people do not put dogs on leashes and do not pick up the poop.

Quiet very nice property

Staff is amazing they fix things fast. Leasing office is very friendly. Great property beautiful trees. Quiet and very nice all around value. Lived here for years would recommend!

LOVE THESE APARTMENTS

All I can say is that, I love this place. They are very quick at responding back to my concerns and of course with minimally staffing it can be hard to cover everything at once, but they will ensure to get back with you.

In addition to that, they are probably the best and most considerate apartment complex I have rented from. I feel that they assist the situation and provide a solution. They are very nice and clean apartments, have no trouble with neighbors. Only thing is people need to pick up... their dog poop... but they office cannot control all of that.

stay as far away from this place as possible

Maintenance is lazy. They bring you the supplies to fix the items in your own apartment. The apartment quality doesn't match the amount you pay per month. Management is straight up rude!
