Lynnwood Country Club

I don't typically jump to writing reviews, but I am writing this review because the work that has gone in to remodeling/reconstructing these units has been nothing short of extraordinary, and I believe it needed to be highlighted. We just moved in and I was shocked because remodels these days are so easily "landlord special-ed" with white paint slabbed over everything (absolutely everything), but they have completely re-gutted all of their units. You can tell the new owner(s) and construction... team of the complex also took the time to be intentional with re-designing the units. The flooring, cabinetry, doors, paint, appliances, modern light fixtures, and even toilet (toto brand) are such nice quality, it is refreshing. Our property manager, Kristine, and team have also been so responsive and welcoming. She is one hard-working individual and will make you feel right at home. All in all, it makes me happy knowing that there are apartment complexes out there that do care about the quality of their units, and the well-being of their tenants. The apartment itself is beautiful; new appliances, cabinets, and modern fixtures make it feel fresh, cozy, and spacious. It’s also tucked away in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, which I really appreciate.

Beyond the apartment, Kristine was a huge reason I chose to move here. She was incredibly welcoming, informative, and kind, and helped make my move-in happen quickly and smoothly. She was always available and made the entire process stress-free.
