Move at your own risk

Before you move in WALK THROUGH THE EXACT UNIT. We were shown a clean, new, updated apartment for my daughter and the one she was given never got a move in cleaning, the carpet wasn’t even vacummed, the plumbing was so backed up it was on the floor, the locks didn’t work, the backyard was flooded with dog poop. And all the company will do is offer to clean it (after her stuff was moved in). This should have been done prior to move in and broken appliances replaced. This is terrible business and... they will not refund anything or give any type of cleaning credit for what we have had to do on our own. Disgusting way to do business.

The Property Manager and maintenance have been great. The issues were fixed quickly. The team are friendly, polite and professional. The office is very helpful with any of my needs. The property complex is always kept clean.

Atlas apartments in Port Orchard have a very convienen location between freeway16 and a great shopping area. It is easy to access, it has a nice gym and the staff is very friendly!which helped me to close the lease in just two days.
The price is reasonable.
