?? 1 STAR — Save yourself the headache.
If you’re looking for property management that is organized, responsive, and actually takes responsibility when something goes wrong, look elsewhere.
On move-in day, the rent amount we were quoted did not match what was showing in the app. We ended up paying two weeks late because management “forgot” to charge the account correctly.
Then there’s the lock situation. We changed the locks the day we moved in. Management saw them and said nothing. Two weeks later, suddenly it was a violation and... we were getting a lecture. If it was such a serious issue, why was nothing said when they saw the locks?
We also asked for the apartment, garage, and basement access to be consolidated so we wouldn’t have to carry a ridiculous collection of keys around in 2026. We offered their preferred code, offered keys, and tried to make it easy. Immediate no. Then came the classic “the private owner said no” excuse.
The EV charger was another joke. We asked about it on day one. It took roughly two weeks for management to contact ChargePoint, and apparently the first step was asking for a serial number. Meanwhile, we’re the ones chasing down a basic amenity that should have been addressed from the beginning.
The frustrating part isn’t that every issue can’t be solved. It’s the pattern: problems are allowed to sit, communication is slow, billing gets messed up, and when you push for answers, responsibility somehow ends up belonging to someone else.
