Fleas I moved in 4 years ago and lost my tiny dog, because of ongoing flea problems.
I waited over 2 years and recently got a kitten.
She is an Indoor cat and Already has fleas.
You can actually See the fleas around the open windows!
Yet, I was told that tenants take care of this themselves.
The entire property has an Ongoing Flea Problem and They NEED To Spay the lawns, etc…..

Maintenance I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Both of the guys that we have here at The Clubhouse apartments.
I have recently had a couple issues come up with my 3 bedroom cabana.
I am pleased with the professionalism and assistance from these guys, in helping me resolve my issues.

Would recommend The application and move-in process were organized, and everything was ready on time. The community feels well cared for, parking has been easy, and any questions I’ve had were handled quickly. So far, it’s been a really positive experience.
