I’ve enjoyed living here, the neighbors are kind and quiet during quiet hours and management is pretty good at communicating quickly even when out of office! The outdoor grilling area is super cute during summer :)

The 1st year living here was rough, management constantly changed & we couldn’t get replies when maintenance was needed, always getting rerouted to customer service which wasn’t based in WA. But things have improved drastically recently, maintenance is always prompt & we get replies back from the office pretty quickly! It’s a beautiful place to live, right by the bus stop & located conveniently near restaurants, groceries & convenience stores
