Nice Community Feel with Great Staff!
I really enjoy living here.
It feels like a tiny community. People will bring packages left outside in the rain inside the building. Regardless of whose package it is and sit it in the main lobby.
It feels very secure. There are two secured doors which require a fob to open. I never worry about people tailgating in or things inside being stolen.
They also have a free Concierge Package delivery program for residents. Basically, you will be notified of any packaged received under your name.... The packages are also stored in a locked storage area. Which requires a Fob to access.
Also, the staff is very accessible. They complex Manager Josh works out in the main lobby. (Lobby wifi is nonexistent. So, do your research before you live your apartment) He is always there if resident need him.
He is always good for a laugh and available to address all questions/concerns a resident might have.

All the shared areas are always clean. The complex also provides cooking utensils, pots, pans and etc for use amongst the entire community.
I also really appreciate the emails they send via the resident portal. Ensuring that the resident are aware of everything in relation to the complex.
Also, the top floors have AC/Heat units.
I might just make it through that Seattle 114 degree heat!
