I’ve had such a great experience here! The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. And honestly, having a Starbucks right across the street is a huge bonus!

Teresa, the property manager, is incredibly kind and welcoming, and Alex, the assistant, is so knowledgeable and always helpful. They’re both genuinely wonderful to work with and make you feel like you’re being taken care of rather than just being another resident.

I have lived in the Promenade At The Park apartments for the past three years, across two different units - one bedroom and two bedroom.

If you are looking for value, vicinity to downtown Seattle, this is the place to go. The units are well lived in and well-maintained by the staff. Covered garage parking for a minimal fee.

We’ve also felt very safe in our apartment-I’d say comparable to any city location but better than downtown.

I have lived in this complex for 5+years. And I do enjoy the management and staff. Yes there are hiccups but things happens that not all can be controlled thats life. People are respectful and good hearted. Comfortable is what I feel here.

The manager is on top of it! She always has a smile and the property is clean. Maintenance is always cleaning and he is always smoking too!
