most convenientt apartmentt

I honestly really enjoyed living at The Stax. The huge windows were probably my favorite part because the apartment got so much natural light and never felt dark or cramped. The location is super convenient too. Safeway, Trader Joe's, and 7-Eleven are all within a few minutes' walk. Having Sip House downstairs was also a nice bonus whenever I wanted coffee.

The building itself is pretty clean and modern, and getting around Seattle is easy since the light rail station is close by and there are a... bunch of bus stops nearby. Overall, it was a really comfortable place to live and I never felt like I needed a car because everything I needed was within walking distance.

Worth Living

Pros:
- managers are friendly.
- building is well-maintained.
- Safeway is right in front of the apt.
- big windows make you feel less compacted.
- wall sound proof is magical.

Cons:
- noise of ambulance.
- noise from the people, who need Jesus or whoever in the heaven, yelling outside (I mean you live on the Ave).

This is my honest feedback and I did not find any cons of "The Stax" specifically. Cons may also apply to any other apts. on the Ave.

TL;DR: it's worth living in "The Stax".
