I’ve been here for going on 3 years. The first 2 years were great and then I’m not sure what changed. My trash isn’t always picked up causing the animals to go into the bin and make a huge mess that I need to clean up. I don’t bother to make complaints because it doesn’t seem to do anything. My previous downstairs neighbor kept making false reports for noise complaints to the point I had to record videos proving when my kids were going to sleep and that they in fact are not up past quiet hours.... I can hear my upstairs neighbors (all the different ones I’ve had) walking all day long, opening the closets, when they’re in the bathroom. When they’re cooking in the kitchen. The noises here just travels everywhere and I understand we share walls, when they wake up at 4AM I can hear them getting ready and I play rain sounds to block out the sounds, again that’s not something I’ll complain to the office about because I understand I live in an apartment and share walls. My cars been stolen twice from my carport and I rarely ever see security around here. The maintenance team always has the best customer service and communication. At night I can smell people smoking weed, sometimes it’s so strong I have to close all my windows, again I don’t bother to complain because last time I did about cigarette smoking nothing was done, those smells shouldn’t be coming into my apartment or my kids room. Shana (I believe that’s her name) has been the main helpful one and believe Brandon is the gentleman that’s helped as well.

I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience over the past year hasn’t reflected the comfort and consistency you enjoyed during your first two years here. Your concerns are absolutely... valid, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We do have courtesy patrol on-site multiple times each night at varying hours.
Regarding the noise and smoking concerns, it’s extremely important that you continue letting us know when an issue or situation keeps happening. The more we know, the more we can help—your communication truly makes a difference in what we can resolve.
