I’ve been here for going on 3 years. The first 2 years were great and then I’m not sure what changed. My trash isn’t always picked up causing the animals to go into the bin and make a huge mess that I need to clean up. I don’t bother to make complaints because it doesn’t seem to do anything. My previous downstairs neighbor kept making false reports for noise complaints to the point I had to record videos proving when my kids were going to sleep and that they in fact are not up past quiet hours.... I can hear my upstairs neighbors (all the different ones I’ve had) walking all day long, opening the closets, when they’re in the bathroom. When they’re cooking in the kitchen. The noises here just travels everywhere and I understand we share walls, when they wake up at 4AM I can hear them getting ready and I play rain sounds to block out the sounds, again that’s not something I’ll complain to the office about because I understand I live in an apartment and share walls. My cars been stolen twice from my carport and I rarely ever see security around here. The maintenance team always has the best customer service and communication. At night I can smell people smoking weed, sometimes it’s so strong I have to close all my windows, again I don’t bother to complain because last time I did about cigarette smoking nothing was done, those smells shouldn’t be coming into my apartment or my kids room. Shana (I believe that’s her name) has been the main helpful one and believe Brandon is the gentleman that’s helped as well.

The staff has been extremely helpful in getting any maintenance requests handled ASAP. I really appreciate it. And anytime a worker has had to come into my apt. In my absence everything is left as before they came.

Overall look around poor landscaping, can't even put down bark dust except at office, office is spruced up but rest of property goes unkept kinda deceitful, pools are not heated, jacuzzi does not work, could be a beautiful property if it were taken care of?

planned phases to ensure quality and sustainability. While the office area has been refreshed, the rest of the property is part of an ongoing improvement plan, and we’re committed to enhancing the overall appearance over time.
Regarding the amenities, both of our pools are heated for resident enjoyment. We currently have one jacuzzi fully operational and invite you to use it at your convenience. The second jacuzzi is undergoing extensive repairs that require specialized work, which is scheduled to take place during the off-season to minimize disruption.
We truly believe in the potential of this property and are actively working toward making it a beautiful and comfortable place for all residents. Your feedback helps us improve, and we thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.

The cleanliness of the property has always been appreciated. The appreciation they (The fairways) show their residents is above and beyond. I just don't believe I can find a better apartment community.. If one cannot afford a house. This community is a wonderful place to snuggle into.. It's a hidden Gem.. Of apartment living. Not far from Freeway access , Tucked away.. yet close by immediately shopping, gas and restaurants.
