FANTASTIC!!! Best in the area

There are a few other places nearby like the overpriced Element Apartments but we found these apartments absolutely stunning!

Best Apartment I've Ever Lived In

My wife and I lived in Manseau flats over the last year and hands down it is one of the best apartments we have ever lived in. The community is great, the people are friendly, the apartments are huge. Not a bad view of the Marina either! Great location - now becoming even more walkable with expansion of the Fox River Trail on our side of the river. We have lived in 10+ different apartments all over the country, including many in the Green Bay area, and none have come close to living up the... Manseau! - Alec & Jena W

Great place

We lived there for a year and really enjoyed our apartment. Good location, nice and helpful management, spacious apartment, great views.

Really Happy Here

I really like living here. I've lived in a lot of apartments and this is probably my favorite. The people are all nice and its a tight knit group. The apartments themselves are really open and bright with great location. Management is responsive to any issues.

Great Place

I love the location on the water. Apartments are large and have adequate space. Appliances are new and modern. All apartments have neighbor noise, but these seem to be well insulated. Has a lot of parking space and the balcony is a bonus
