Quality issues galore!

When we first moved in everything was paradise but as building filled in it seems to be too much to handle. Everything was breaking and maintenance had little to no communication, sometimes we would schedule an appointment and they either didn't show or we were given a 5 hour window, we always had to call the main office to see what was happening. At one point out dishwasher was broken for over a month, maintenance never looked at it and simply said they knew what was happening and had to order... new parts, once it was fixed it just didn't work the same anymore and we always had to re-wash anything on the top rack. There is a lot of issues with the way heating and AC works, one side of the apartment gets no air flow and vents were open, there are lots of drafts in the apartment as there are massive openings between the door frame and door, locks freeze anytime it is below 40F, to the point we had a broken key and it took over a week to get a replacement key, during the cold snap where temps were below 0F one fuse would always blow and when it was brought up to management they dismissed it as snow build-up around the transformer outside. We looked over our maintenance requests and noticed that we had to put in over 20 tickets for the 18 months we lived here and a lot were repeats!
During snowstorms nothing was plowed or shoveled for about a week and when the parking lot was plowed the parking stalls were not and the sidewalks were difficult to walk as there were so many snow mounds.
At one point we saw a cockroach near the mailroom and when we informed management we were simply brushed off and told that this property used to be farmland and that it is normal!
Don't be fooled by prices, they are not as cheap as they look as you will then be charged a bunch of extra "lifestyle" fees that you cannot opt out of such as valet trash, which rarely picks up on days they are supposed to or any holiday, not just federal holidays, they won't pickup on things such as Halloween, Easter, etc.
Internet is a forced dish fiber that rarely works and when it does you aren't getting the speeds you are supposed to, we both work for a cable company that offers free internet services to employees and would have appreciated being able to use that benefit. Also, dish fiber claims you get a basic cable package but when you go to sign up for it you get an error message that it's a business account.
