Wonderful place to live

I absolutely love the is place. It is so quaint and super quiet. The apartments are super luxurious and the premises are kept so well! The staff here is phenomenal! Elena the property manager is amazing and so helpful! Always has a pleasant demeanor and excited to see the residents. Joshua is super awesome as well. He keeps the grounds looking so beautiful and he is quick to take care of any maintenance issues that may arise! He does this while managing 2 other properties as well! Kudos to him!... Overall this has been a fabulous place to live!

Hidden Luxury in Fox Point WI

My husband and I love living here. Our little dog Roxy loves it too. Off the beaten path, top of the line everything, great management and maintenance team. Underground heated parking - yes. Gorgeous clubhouse and pool - yup. Convenient package room - uh huh. Highly recommend!

Great community

The Chiswick is very well maintained and truly a community. The management is incredibly friendly, responsive, and fosters the community atmosphere. If you are looking for a place to call home on the north shore, look no further!

Amazing property


The choices are beautiful. Lots of floor plans.
Apartments are LARGE, many different floor plans,.
All new appliances, underground parking, pool, club room is amazing can rent it for family occasions.
Maintenance is very prompt, no waiting days for questions to be answered, fixed......
