Cockroaches

This building has cockroaches and smells! Had to move out after a few months because the roaches would keep coming out!

Don’t do it

The cost of the rent for this old building is not worth it. You just paying for the location.

Nice location, great leasing staff

I’ve been here for just under two years and have been very happy with the experience. Franklin is a really nice area. It’s a quiet area but has convenient access to anywhere you need to go. The leasing staff is great! Zakk has been super nice and accommodating. He, Brandy, and Trey are always super nice and helpful! And Brian from maintenance is always friendly and responds promptly to building concerns.

Best place to live!

We love living at these apartments so much! Zakk is amazing in the office, he makes sure everything is done in a stylish manner! Along with the wonderful maintenance here, if there’s any problem at all, they fix it with no problem at all! You truly feel like you’re at home when you live here!! It’s spacious, luxurious, and a perfect place for families!

Great location and friendly people

When I was looking for an apartment, I was able to move in within a week of touring the apartment complex. Everyone was extremely helpful with the whole process. When I lived there, if I had a repair that needed to be fixed they were prompt in coming to get the job done. The pool is a really nice place to relax in the summer!
