Smooth Process, Great Management, Excited to Move In
I recently got approved for this apartment, and I couldn’t be more excited about my experience so far. From the very beginning, the application process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly quick. The management team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful—answering all my questions and making everything feel straightforward and stress-free.
What really stood out to me was how welcoming and organized everything felt. The communication was clear at every step, and I always knew... what to expect next. It’s not often you find a place where the staff seems to truly care about making a good first impression, but that’s exactly how it felt here.
Even before moving in, I already feel confident that I made the right choice. The level of professionalism and attention to detail gives me a lot of peace of mind, and it makes me even more excited to call this place home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, positive renting experience!

Cockroaches
This building has cockroaches and smells! Had to move out after a few months because the roaches would keep coming out!

Don’t do it
The cost of the rent for this old building is not worth it. You just paying for the location.

Nice location, great leasing staff
I’ve been here for just under two years and have been very happy with the experience. Franklin is a really nice area. It’s a quiet area but has convenient access to anywhere you need to go. The leasing staff is great! Zakk has been super nice and accommodating. He, Brandy, and Trey are always super nice and helpful! And Brian from maintenance is always friendly and responds promptly to building concerns.
