How Is This Rating Determined?

In reality the rent is worth about 30% less than what they charge. When I tell people what they charge, their response is almost always "can we go swimming at your place" and i usually respond "sure if you can find it because I still haven't." Then my friends ask what amenities we do get and I say a few pieces of exercise equipment.

Another thing is that when we move in.
Once I spent a day or two I realize that there are quite a few things damaged or in condition

I love living at Bayshore Place! The positive energy and helpful management create a great atmosphere. Gabby is simply awesome. I feel safe here, and the proximity to shopping is a great asset. My only concern is that the elevator frequently malfunctions.
