Wished I Never Lived There
I wished I never lived at Bayshore Place. I expected a clean, comfortable, and secure place to live. Instead, I felt unsafe and experienced far too many inconveniences.
Re: safety, the brawls in March in the plaza outside Bayshore Place were unsettling on many levels. It was violent crime in my own backyard. I witnessed many other disturbances around the apartment building - including hostile altercations, people standing on cars in the parking garage, and shoplifting - that created an... environment that never felt safe or comfortable to live.
In addition to safety concerns, I experienced constant inconveniences inside, such as a lengthy insect problem, repeated water leaks from poorly sealed windows, often filthy trash rooms, regular fire alarms, and at times the smell of marijuana lingering in the hallways.
Lastly, the Bayshore Summer concert series in the plaza outside the apartment building brought extremely loud music into the apartment from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Friday for ~10 weeks. This spoiled many evenings. It was quite unbearable.
On the plus side, I had lovely neighbors, the on-site team was friendly, and the covered parking was nice during bad weather.

Please know that... the wellbeing of our residents means a great deal to us. Our community features controlled access and areas reserved exclusively for residents. We also recognize that being part of a vibrant, mixed-use setting (Bayshore Shopping Mall) means there's activity nearby that falls outside the immediate apartment community, and we're continually looking for ways to strengthen the experience within the areas we manage.
It means a lot to know that your neighbors and our on-site team made a positive difference during your time here, and that the covered parking added some convenience along the way.
