How Is This Rating Determined?

They are ok

They were ok at the beginning but the longer we stayed the worse it got, at the end we tried to move out early and they said we couldn’t without finding someone else to rent it first. They also got mad from clothes being on the ground during inspections. They are very picky in some aspects.
