Great communication and answered my questions about rental. Writing the review to let future renters know they do not accept tanks or turtles :(

This is a formal complaint regarding the severe neglect and unacceptable living conditions. I found that the air conditioner in my unit was contaminated with mold. This was not a minor issue—there was visible growth inside the system, and it was blowing directly into my living space.

I reported this problem repeatedly, making it clear that this was a health and safety concern. Despite that, management showed no care or concern. It took five months for them to replace the unit. During that... entire time, I was forced to breathe in mold throughout the summer.

This is not simply an inconvenience; it is a serious violation of basic tenant health standards. The lack of responsiveness and disregard for residents’ well-being is deeply troubling. I just renewed my lease, and I love it here! The office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always quick to make repairs. The pool is awesome in the summer!

Between the faucets not working, door knobs falling off, if you’re lucky enough to have heat, it will be RIDICULOUSLY hot in your apartment. Maybe hot water? Maybe not. Every day is a new obstacle. The office people are clueless and rude. Enjoy the pool of chipping paint, if it’s not under “maintenance.” This place was a huge mistake.

I really enjoyed my time at Village Green. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Having a pool was a huge plus.
