Water leak from the past Drywall was bubbling up on side wall. Showed manager Sarah pictures of it and she told our maintenance man (Tim) about it and got right on it . Looks like new. Great staff at Washburn Apartment facility.

Best Place to Rent in La Crosse I am very pleased and happy with the management who care about the tenants. If something needs to be fixed, it usually is done within the day. They are all very nice and very respectful.
