Blackhawk Trails Apartments

I've lived at Blackhawk Trails for about 13 years. The apartment buildings and grounds are well kept and maintenance was quick and efficient. Many complex events and parties are fun and make you feel more part of a community rather than just a room to live in. The apartments are close to many restaurants and shopping areas. easy excess to the beltline and is right next to a beautiful park. The Property Manager on site was the best I've ever had.

I've been living at Blackhawk now for 4 years and just signed another lease. Blackhawk is very well maintained. If you have any kind of issue come up Management and Maintenance are right on it!! Close to just about everything you could possibly need. I love living here!!

Our experience living here has been truly wonderful. The elementary school for our child is fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with it. The community is always very clean, and whenever something needs to be fixed, the maintenance team responds quickly and takes care of it right away. It feels quiet, peaceful, and very safe, which makes it a great place for families.

We also enjoy the amenities. The pool is great — even though it’s the only one for the whole community, it never feels crowded.... The office is very convenient when we need to print something, and the gym, while small, has everything we need for a good workout.

I’ve lived at Black Hawk Trails for close to four years. I recently got married and needed to move into a larger apartment.
Jessica and her team did everthing they could to make our transition as smooth as possible.
We love the neighborhood, and everything the complex has to offer.
We’re proud to call Black Hawk Trails home.

The apartment is wonderful. The one bedroom is spacious, has good lighting, and the patio is a bonus! Everyone is nice and respectful. It being pet friendly has made such a good home for our cats. I love having the pool to enjoy after work and the location is convent for short drives to many restaurants.
