Brownpoint Reserve

On site management is seriously lacking. I am a current resident & could not be more disappointed with the filthy common areas, broken WiFi, non-working fire pits, constantly malfunctioning garage door (only one was in & out), and the property managements inability or unwillingness to address these issues. There are numerous properties all around this one. Do yourself a favor and seek alternatives or be stuck paying for non-usable amenities like me.

We’ve had a great experience renting at Brownpoint Reserve for the last (almost) 2 years. The quality of the apartments is unmatched compared to everything else we’ve seen in the Madison area. Yes, we can sometimes hear footsteps from our upstairs neighbors, but it has never been problematic for us. Beautiful outdoor space and common area. We love having access to basic gym equipment and the yoga room right on site. Parking is the easiest I’ve ever experienced for an apartment (the garage is... huge).

The staff has been wonderful during our time here. Most of the time, we forget they are even there (feels more like a private home in that way). But when you need them, they’re very helpful and responsive. All of our maintenance requests (nothing major) have been completed within a few days, most of the time the very next day. When we wanted to upgrade from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom apartment within the building, Dylan was incredibly helpful in securing us the exact unit we were interested in and making sure the transfer went smoothly for everyone involved.

All in all, we’ve loved our time here. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Read More
