Springtree Apartments

This place is a dump. It’s really bad! Roaches, mold, multiple safety violations inside unit and outside unit. My family and I moved in and moved right back out the next day after noticing how bad it was.They agreed to let us off our lease and played dumb about the entire situation. I would not recommend this apartment complex. They also won’t let you tour the apartment you’re renting, they have a model apartment right next to the office they show you so you won’t know what you’re getting into.

Springtree apartments are great, affordable apartments! The staff is incredibly helpful, repairs are typically completed within 24 hours, and the maintenance team does a great job keeping everything in good shape. That said, you are getting what you are paying for, so expect your apartment to have a few quirks due to age and use.

Springtree Apartments has excellent customer service and care a lot about their tenants. With every problem we had the staff was easy to work with and took care of it immediately! The apartment itself was okay, but for the price we are paying, and a little decorating, it’s a great place to stay.

Moved out of state and this is my first apartment in this area. It has been great living at springtree, the ladies in the office are great and very knowledgeable and are willing to help when needed. The community is very quiet. And whenever I put in a maintenance notice it gets taken care of that day!

I've been living here for almost three years now and I still totally love it. My apartment is cozy and well taken care of, the maintenance team is fantastic! They are always here right away to address my issues. And the office staff is great! Whitney is one of the best Property Managers I've ever had to deal with. She's compassionate and fair and always has a smile on her face. The location can't be beat, they just built a huge Goodwill right across the street, and there's plenty of food... and entertainment options within walking distance. I would recommend Springtree to anyone and actually have, I have a good friend who moved in last year and I got a bonus just for having my friend move in! Read More
