Do NOT Recommend

Do NOT move here. Common areas, hallways, carpet and walls are always dirty. The hallways have an awful smell. When I moved into my unit things were broken and not fixed prior to me moving in. My AC doesn’t work properly. Nothing about it is LUXURY! Totally suck!

Save Yourself a Headache

Places look nice but you cant enjoy. Very thin sub flooring in which you can hear footsteps, cabinets, running and stomping from above, etc in your own unit all hours of the day and night. You can hear people talking in their unit the moment you walk in the hall. The sound issues are a nightmare. Extremely overpriced units. Everyday or every other day someone is moving in or out. Worst decision ever and ive been renting for over 10 years! Bad property management who picks and chooses favorites.... Just flat out bad move. Willing to loose money just to move. Not to mention a situation in which my belongings flooded the 2nd day after moving in due to a old faulty washer. Just flat out nightmare experience.

I’m not easily impressed!

I’ve seen a lot of nice places that had horrible staff. I’ve a lot of horrible places that had great staff. This place has High end units and grounds. I seen better clubhouses and pools but the Manager/Agent Sarah goes above and beyond for a simple “WALK IN” browser. The residents in the community combined with Sarah and the accommodations of the housing is very impressive! If your looking for a great place with good staff and want that piece of mind that you look for in luxury Call and set up... and appointment with Sarah...I’ll put money on it you be impressed.
