Pretty pricey for what it is. There’s noise almost every night and some kind of loud work going on early in the morning

Rented a 1BR apt here in 2019 and it was a good experience. Rent is a bit high, but my apt was clean and well-maintained with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Tiffany is a great onsite manager, very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is responsive to service requests and repairs. Nice location, too, as it's across the street from grocery and eateries, and the Hop is right out front. If I return to MKE, I'd live here again.

Its too expensive for the kind of apartment it is. There are much more decent apartments near by for the same price or even less. It has nothing no pool, no gym nothing. Go through the lease carefully as there are lot of terms which we don't understand and they use the same at the end to screw us. Owner is not flexible and only thing that matters is money.

For the cost, the apartment is very small, but the location is what you are really paying for. Within blocks of grocery stores, many restaurants and the Cathedral Square area. The complex is old and a little outdated, but they keep it updated and try to keep on top of maintenance.
