The home is baby and child-friendly, with a pack and play, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, plastic plates and cups, cups with lids/straws, and baby gates on each staircase.
Two kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards are included in your stay. Boat parking is available on-site at the property. Paid boat slip parking is available nearby at Sohrs Shores for $20 per day. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet, with a 2-pet maximum. No cats allowed.

The best way to get around Oconto is by car or walking once in the city limits, with the grocery store and downtown area about 2 miles away.
The hot tub is open year-round. There are security cameras at the entrance of the property and in the goat pen that are triggered by motion detection and record video and sound. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Local guests are not accepted at this time and require prior approval. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
