Great place to live

We lived here for a year and a half and had a great experience. We had a beautiful corner unit with lots of windows and natural light. The location is perfect- near parks, shops, restaurants, library, bike trail, etc. We liked having a place for a BBQ and a clubhouse to use. Kendra and Ian are excellent property managers- so friendly and helpful.

Love it here

This is by far the most quiet and well kept apartment building we have ever lived in. The location is amazing with the bike trail right outside our door and walking distance to groceries, brewery/wine bar, restaurants, book store etc.. Management has been very friendly and responsive.

Great Apartments!

I have lived Lincoln Street a little over a year. The staff are so friendly and tentative to any maintenance issues I have ran into. The grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained! I was worried when I first moved in about all the noise that I my hear from the fire station and EMS across the street but at night they do nit run sirens just lights! So I get the safety and security of the police and fire department across the street without the noise!
