Lincolnshire Place

We just signed our fourth lease here, so that alone should say something. We live here with two dogs and two toddlers, so it’s very pet and kid friendly. The office manager, Donna, and maintenance guy, Keith, are great. We take our dogs into the office just to visit because Donna is friendly and showers our dogs with love and treats. In the event we put in a maintenance request, Keith is on it in a timely manner, big or small. There is a big field next to the complex for dogs and kids to play in... which is great and the Glacier Drumlin trail is basically in your backyard too. I have lived at the Lincolnshire Place Apartments for 2 years now, and my fiancé and I just signed our lease for year 3. It is the IDEAL place to live, right on the Glacial Drumlin state trail, near a million lakes and rivers, a full 18 net frisbee golf course, all the amenities within walking distance, and that's not even getting into the actual apartment!!

Attached garage, clean, spacious, great windows, fantastic storage. What more could you ask for?! Oh yes, the beautiful outdoor space... (I wish I could show you how wonderful of an oasis it is!), and the incredibly attentive staff is AMAZING! Fun to talk to, and so quick to fix any maintenance issue.

The apartment buildings on the property look cheaply built and overly priced. The location is in the backyard of a high school football field and is in a noisy area.

Fantastic apartments, with great staff who are always willing to help you as best as they can. As with any new apartments there are a few kinks, and they are addressing the problems as soon as they hear about them.
