The garage door is ALWAYS broken - the door itself or the clicking device to open it. Have to manually open the garage every single time. I've had 4 openers in 1 year.
Back door entrance by the community park does not unlock with your key. Has been broken since forever.
Why is the carpet by the main elevator on P2 always wet. It's gross and dirty down there.
The STENCH in the package room is HORRENDOUS. I have to hold my breath and enter and leave as soon as possible, otherwise I may... vomit.
There is NO air ventilation in any of the laundry rooms. It feels like 100 degrees and humid. The dyer machines are always wet inside, which is gross. They dryers never get my clothes fully dry even with multiple cycles. Their machines are a waste of money.
The water gets shut off for "plumbing issues" at least twice a month, which is ridiculous.
Communication/updates to residents in a timely manner is lacking.

It's been amazing! There are maybe some electrical issues with the apartment but other than that it's been great. Marianna is incredible and has made this whole process seamless and incredible.

I love the amenities. My neighbors are really nice! Overall a lovely place to live. Did I mention my balcony overlooks the river and its absolutely breathtaking?!

I absolutely love living at Rivers Edge Apartments! From the moment I applied, the entire experience has been exceptional. The community is beautiful, clean, quiet, and well maintained, and it truly feels like home.

I especially want to recognize Marianna Luna, my leasing agent. She has been amazing every step of the way. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. I've been trying to get proof of address for several days now and I can't. Every time I go to the office, the people who work there tell me to come back the next day. Why is it so difficult to get a document from this apartment complex that proves I live here?
