Great location in downtown Waukesha. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and cultural activities like the museum and library.

Gym and game room available in the apartment complex.

The apartment is nice but the staff are very rude. There is always dog pop on the ground and it always smells like pot. Even if you pay for parking your spot will be taken. Wish the staff would care more for the price we pay.

I would love to see a consideration of adding cameras to the parking garage and mailroom. In the last month my car has been broken into with items stolen and multiple packages from the mailroom. I work night shift and sleep during the day so I can’t always get down to the mailroom to get packages right away. It’s just unfortunate that I’m now out a significant amount of money for an issue that could likely have been prevented with cameras in these places.
