Rivers Edge Apartments

I'd be more comfortable with a dead bolt lock on my door.just not to easy with whats provided . If I pass my door I can easily unlock it just by forgetting to lock
the door.

The building itself is nice. I moved in & my fridge was dirty stove is raggedy & seems that it hasn’t been change for some years. I had to scrub the fridge myself and that was very upsetting but overall I love the apartment, it feels like a home.

The apartment itself is spacious, plenty of room in the bedroom for larger mattresses and dressers. The building itself is well maintained and the mailroom is a big plus, as all the big packages get delivered right there. They also have a really pretty courtyard in the center of the building to hang out in, and a really cool community room and fully stocked gym. Really awesome building

It’s a great building with very nice and quiet neighbors the halls are clean the balconies have a great view not to mention the river right across the street with bars food antique shops etc

Unfortunately recently the office has been awful with communication. Just this week I submitted an emergency maintenance request because I found ants in my apartment and it has been 3 days and the ants are still here living with me rent free. I have called everyday and I either get no one answering the phone or empty promises that maintenance will come and then they never show up. No one has even attempted to contact me first. Very disappointed.
