Rivers Edge Apartments

The apartments are well maintained, and the leasing office staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Many residents in the building are very friendly.

The building is spacious and has some great amenities from heated and enclosed parking, to a nice fitness center. However, some of the staff both in the front office and in the maintenance team are very dismissive and make you feel bad for asking for the kind of help they advertise themselves as being a resource for.

There is also a ridiculous amount of noise some days as people on higher floors stomp around and let their kids run around stomping their feet quickly.

So far pretty good few issues with the parking and getting a remote that works as currently it only opens one door but it's the one I'd likely use all the time anyway so not to much of an inconvenience

I've really enjoyed meeting my new neighbors, and how much help I've gotten with the apartment! I love the apartment everything was pretty clean upon move in. We were even lent a cart to help us move everything into the apartment!

Rivers Edge is the best apartment complex in downtown Waukesha. The apartments are well laid out, maintenance is excellent, and the staff is great.
It's great to have the option of indoor parking and the community rooms and fitness center are very nice. It is also quiet and my neighbors are great.
