I absolutely love living at Rivers Edge Apartments! From the moment I applied, the entire experience has been exceptional. The community is beautiful, clean, quiet, and well maintained, and it truly feels like home.

I especially want to recognize Marianna Luna, my leasing agent. She has been amazing every step of the way. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. She made the entire leasing and move-in process smooth and stress-free. Her... outstanding customer service deserves special recognition—kudos to Marianna!

I've been trying to get proof of address for several days now and I can't. Every time I go to the office, the people who work there tell me to come back the next day. Why is it so difficult to get a document from this apartment complex that proves I live here?

When you put a Maintenance order in they come right away if they can. If not the same day. They’re very friendly and nice. They’re great at doing there job.

Location in the heart of downtown can't be beat! Always something going on and if not, Waukesha is great for people watching as it has a few characters.

Building is well-kept, communication is improving, and the maintenance is top-notch.

Game room is available, but the hours are uncertain. It used to be available 24 hours, but the app to let you in has limited hours (7am - 5pm). The games in there could use an upgrade, especially the pool table. The arcade games are great and free! TVs are in... there, but there aren't any remotes nor an obvious way to turn them on, so it's kind of pointless to have them. It's great to have a game room at all, so I'm happy to have the option to use it.

Workout room is great and plenty of things available in there to keep you in shape.
