Our community standards require all residents to maintain their homes in a clean and sanitary manner as outlined in the lease agreement. These standards exist to protect the health, comfort, and safety of all residents in the building. When issues of cleanliness arise, management is obligated to address them promptly and professionally — which was the case here. We believe this review is in retaliation for our efforts to enforce community standards.
