Real Tenant in Townhome

I have been here for almost a year, living in a Townhome.

You find out quickly that management are no-nonsense, and they hold tenants accountable for their actions. Right from the beginning, you're told expectations they have and all are common sense/super easy to follow.

I have personally called the non Emergency number after hours once or twice and each time, it has been Mike who picks up. Mike is the maintenance guy. Each time I sadly woke him up but he was willing to help me with the... problem I had at the time and if he couldn't, he would reach out to management so I could be helped out. I see him every day out and about, doing something or another. He is always on top of keeping snow cleared and salt everywhere to provide safety for us walking about. Our water heater took a crap on us and the next day, he was there right on time to fix it for us.

I would also like to say that our Townhome is super cozy. Of course rent is high, but that is everywhere these days sadly. For the most part, our townhome is quiet and have not had any issues aside from the water heater needing to be replaced.

Colleen and Maintenance

Truly an awful experience living here. Management is extremely rude but absolutely no accountability for any problems in their units. Live anywhere else.

We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide every resident with a clean, well-maintained, and respectful living environment. However, the claims made in this review are inaccurate and appear to stem from a documented lease violation within... the apartment.

Our community standards require all residents to maintain their homes in a clean and sanitary manner as outlined in the lease agreement. These standards exist to protect the health, comfort, and safety of all residents in the building. When issues of cleanliness arise, management is obligated to address them promptly and professionally — which was the case here. We believe this review is in retaliation for our efforts to enforce community standards. We remain committed to upholding a high quality of living for all residents and encourage you to contact the management office directly if you wish to discuss this matter further.

Comfortable and affordable

The apartments are spacious with two full baths. There's plenty of closet space. The property welcomes pets. Grounds are well maintained, too.

Comfortable and positive atmosphere

It’s a comfortable place to live and the staff work together with you to resolve any issue; and they do it with a professional positive mindset. The staff listens without judgment to any concerns and will work with you to ensure or resolve. Everything does have its positives also negative things but nothing is so negative that really needs to be addressed like I mentioned the staff works hard to make your family comfortable you will enjoy living there!

Bad customer service

Depending on the amount of applications you make and if you get denied. You will not get any of the money back. Better hope you know you will get approved. Good luck.
