Brian, Property Maintenance Manager and Austin (who assisted him today) did an excellent job of fixing my problem. I had two broken drawers and they are now good as new thanks to their expertise and diligence in getting them fixed. Brian checked out the light that appeared to have a short. He went to look for a different light but indicated he would have to order one. They apologized for the inconvenience and said they would get it installed as soon as it comes in. Great job guys. Autumn the leasing and property manager is both a wonderful mix of personable and professional. She made inquiring about my new home a fast, easy, and smooth transition all the way through lease signing. Maintenance is also on sight, shows up very quickly, and is nice. If I could give higher than a 5 star rating I would. I look forward to living in my beautiful new home!

The leasing manager we tried to work with had horrible communication. I filled out an application and didn’t hear back for another week and a half from her. When we did set a tour, she did not show up. We reached out through text and tried to call her. We were also unable to reach her through the number she was texting with. She also did not reach out saying she was unable to make the meeting despite having our contact info and having set the meeting up the day before. I throughly enjoyed my time living here. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and quiet. All of the neighbors were incredibly kind. The landlord was very responsive anytime I had a question or concern. The apartment is close to town, but yet it’s tucked away for a sense of privacy. All in all, this is a great choice if looking for a place to live.

It’s okay but not the best in my opinion. Items in house seem to be old and keep breaking down, like the blind wand, light switch, the toilet flushes after multiple attempts and makes a prolonged noise afterward and so on. Management needs to do better
