How Is This Rating Determined?

Bad management

I would not recommend this place due to management. They are pushy to get you in and then try to screw your on the back end by nickel and dining you. The manager is rude and interrupt you when trying to speak. Go someplace else and save the headache.

Cheaply Built, Poorly Managed!

This place is way over-rated. We have been here for two years and are getting out. The area is nice, but the units a very poorly built, with the cheapest materials. The HVAC units don't even work right because the cutoff valves were positioned correctly. There are spider webs and tons of dirt and soot in the common areas. Parking is a nightmare. The ONLY thing management follows up on is collecting rent. Don't move here.
