We moved into our apartment on April 4, 2025 We sold our paid for home at the Bend and invested the money. What we make in interest almost makes our payments! No more, HOA, no taxes, renters insurance and that’s all. If something breaks they fix it or replace it ! Even if we hadn’t sold our home, we are on a fixed income. It’s very affordable ! First impression is nice looking expensive luxury apartments, till you move in. Everything inside is cheap especially the paint. The AC is so loud it wakes me up at night , can’t even hear the TV when it is running almost painful to the ears., washer and dryer so loud, You can hear all the sounds outside , just so noisy and uncomfortable place to live in especially if you work from home. Another uncomfortable and very annoying thing is the number of times even last minute notices for the... maintenance to enter your apartment for different reasons sometimes several times for the same reason.

It looks very nice and all of the amenities are excellent however the apartments themselves are very loud. You can hear every noise , footstep and conversation anyone has in the unit above you , and even 2 stories above you. The neighbors are horrible and management won't do anything about it. We provided video evidence numerous times and they still don't want to handle the issue. We asked if we could move to a different unit and they said sure for a $400 fee unless we could prove it's not... normal apartment noise.
