Suppose be no smoking facility it’s not

I wouldn’t rent from this place a lot violence in that area and they let tenets smoke in apts

Landlord comes in at random times without 24 hour notice.

As stated in the title, the landlord has walked in our residence twice without a 24 hour notice. Apartments do not have washer/dryer so you have to pay to utilize shared ones. Often times the dryers will break and you will waste your money and are not able to get a refund even when you communicate an issue and ask for one. Along with being in a bad neighborhood you will get to hear many altercations even with police showing up on occasions. Yes, rent is cheap, however it is for a reason. The... landlord heavily encouraged giving 5 stars even before moving in and is insist upon it when this place doesn't even deserve one. Look elsewhere for an apartment.
