Excellent staff, especially maintenance. Property management is open to suggestions. Prompt response and resolution of issues. Great location in the Third Ward-can see lots of fireworks! Fun community events.

The staff are very helpful

The agents are very friendly and helpful, which makes me feel at ease. What was particularly great was that when I requested some repairs to the facilities upon moving in, the janitor fixed them immediately. He's always quick and efficient in his work, and I'm always grateful for that.

Jefferson block is a phenomenal apartment nestled into a great neighborhood. The Third Ward feels safe, welcoming, and has endless opportunities to explore and meet new people. No complaints here!!
