The thing that works at the front desk is a power tripping fool. She texted the day of and told me to remove an Ethernet cable that day and now she has an issue with my curtains. I have lived here for 3 years and they forced me to pay a $400 transfer fee in order for me move to another apartment in the same complex. They charge you renters insurance even if you pay for it out of pocket. It took months for them to approve my renters insurance while they continued to charge me their renters... insurance fee. That covers nothing when you move. Because after I moved they charged me for more damages. $60 for blinds… seriously. I’m so done living next to the people the run this place and think they can tell you what to do just because they don’t like it. Not because it’s a rule in the lease. They just make up rules and force you to follow it. I hope everyone finds a better place to live than this place. The pool is always dirty and closed. The bushes are over grown on the balcony, which is one of the reasons why I was putting up curtains. They don’t use your money to up keep the apartments. My apartment number is a black permanent marker on the wall. DoorDash can’t find me because this place would rather line their pockets then add accurate legible addresses on the buildings. The floors are thin and they don’t do anything about complaints of stomping or running late at night.

Dont move here. Management will ignore you. When the apartment above you does laundry..the walls are so thin it sounds like a Metallica concert.

the floors are disgusting. They were done poorly and management says they will fix them but it's been months and they have not. The floors have this goopy stuff coming out of the cracks. It is dirty, sticky and GROSS.

now you will notice in the pictures, my bed frame in my bedroom is empty because my mattress is on the living floor. The tenant above... me sucks. I cant sleep in peace in my room. He makes noise until 2 am.

This is GREAT for people who are loud. Management here won't bother you after the office is closed. However if you enjoy peace and quiet, this place SUCKS!

Ps..dont tell maintenance anything..they will try and blame you for the poor construction of their apartments.

I posted a lengthy review in August of this year. This is an update as of December. Nothing has changed. The pool still has never been opened. When we asked we were still told they were ordering furniture. We did finally just get mail a couple of weeks ago but the building is only open at certain times because they do not have the key fob ready. We still cannot receive packages and have to pick them up at the post office for...some reason. Our grill and club house is still empty.

Please read before applying. We have only lived here a short time but there are a few things I would like to let people know about before they apply. Firstly, the apartments are new and nice. The kitchen is our favorite part. However, new is not always the best.
We are on the new side of the apartments and paying for a pool front apartment but the pool and the clubhouse/grills are not open. When we ask about the ETA for when they will open, we were told "they still have to order furniture and... do a few things to that side". Secondly, our mailing boxes are not ready. We asked about this and we were told they were waiting on the post office, so we have to go to the post office to pick up our mail and packages. Mind you we are also paying for a package fee with our apartment. We asked the post office about this and we were told they were behind because Foley has exploded with new apartments and they could not give us a ETA.
The next thing I want to mention is the noise. We can hear everything from our neighbors above us. The floors are so thin and have no carpet on the top floors. We can hear every foot step throughout the whole apartment.
Another thing to mention are the bugs. The first day we moved in we killed five wolf spiders in the apartment (not to mention all the silverfish and smaller spiders). We notified the management and they did send someone to spray, but there are still bugs.....several a day.
Overall I would like to love our apartment but I feel like they have thrown them up too fast and just wanted to get bodies in them. There seems to be no effort on the amenities getting completed anytime soon. And just to remind you they are charging extra fees for the pool front apartment, pest control, and package delivery... all of which we are not receiving.
