Sad to go

My son and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the last year. My son has enjoyed the basketball court and fishing in the pond. Neither the pool or basketball court have closed down for maintenance for anything but a short period. Staff are friendly, easy to get a hold of and maintenance answers work orders timely. There are many dogs in the community, I myself have two. There are trash cans for pet waste and a cute little dog park. My mother is moving down and I will be moving closer to... her. I am sad to leave this complex. Best one I have lived in. Would definitely recommend!

Renter BEWARE

Do not live here. This place is trying to charge me over $7000.00 after I lived there as my primary residence for nearly a year and a half. I am disputing all of these charges and it is insane for them to think I can pay that. I am rightfully going to make some noise over this. Beware and consider a more humble place to live where you aren't dealing with automated robots who demand rent.

Love The Arlington

I moved into the Arlington two years ago and I have been overly impressed with the Arlington. The staff is very accommodating and the maintenance team is amazing. The apartment complex is extremely quiet and the pond is extremely relaxing.

Absolutely wonderful place!!

My family lived here for almost 6 years and loved every minute of it. The people are wonderful and the apartments are in excellent condition. We had plenty of room for our family of 5! Hated to leave the community but we had to relocate out of state for my husband's job. Can't say enough good things about the staff, location, and amenities/community.

The staff at The Arlington at Eastern Shore were competent and professional, as well as cordial, in assisting me in the lease of a one bedroom unit recently. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was working properly. It was clear that a great deal of care was put into the job of preparing the apartment.

The grounds and common areas are well maintained, and parking is plentiful. It is quiet and peaceful, and the location is close to Interstate 10 and a extensive choice of... restaurants and shopping.
