We have recently moved into our new apartment. We are enjoying the new space, and our neighbors have all proven to be very nice and quiet. We wouldn't have changed where we moved if we could.

Very respectful maintenance workers and any issue that arises with the apartment is dealt with quickly. The one downside is the community washer and dryers tend to ruin clothes. My clothes have been burned by the dryer multiple times on the low heat setting.

great neighbors! great properties, amazing staff! we love living here! all of the amenities are in huge plus it’s a great location close to all of the restaurants on Elm Street close to Concord not too far from the beach just close to all the stores that you could possibly need and more! wish parking was better
