Everyone at the office is great and so are the maintenance works. Being on the west side of the river is nice. It's cooler and quieter than other parts of Manchester.

I feel very secure in my complex and I love the friendliness of the staff and neighbors! The pool is always fun and the activities make me feel so welcomed and part of the community.

Everyone has been so helpful with our last minute need for a place to live. Joe was beyond amazing to work with and never stopped checking in to make sure we were good to go. 10/10!

Packages get taken even though you have to sign in with a code to get into the package room. They don't put down salt consistently, so I took a hard fall this winter in the parking lot. Towing people who don't belong in the parking lot does not happen as often as it should.

The office staff are nice. There are a few issues that management has been working on but still a pretty nice place to be. I am looking forward to the pool to be open.
