I’m so worried one day there will be no working elevators. This weekend at night only one on 220 worked. How does the trash & parking get so full?? There must be too many people living in apartments! Our mailroom has not been locked for months, the package theft is so sad!

The apartment itself is lovely but the residential experience is subpar. This place has a great deal of potential but the way other residents treat the building and the state of all the amenities and necessities make it not worth the price you pay. Many better opportunities elsewhere but again the apartment itself is wonderful.
If you want to live in a place where the trash receptacles are broken for 6 months, elevators are broken for more than a year, dog droppings and urine are all through... the hallways in addition to the outdoor walkways, and your car can get mistakenly towed at any moment (not my experience, however, a shared experience of many other residents) then this is the place for you.
The one redeeming thing about this community is the apartments are lovely and comfortable.

The elevator @ 220 has been down for like a year if not more , the trash chutes are always out of service , not being able to use east bc management took off the handles but they can come in and out of all buildings is bs and the delivery package situation and lack of corrective action is horrible. For the amount of money being paid to live here that unacceptable imo

It's a good and clean area, very well organized, with excellent communication. They are helpful and very flexible They are creative with activities, they share, and they are communicative. They care about your well-being. 200% recommended!

I love my appartment is nice, a lot of sacerdote and nice kitchen and bathroom.Comfortable, spacious, and pleasant area, with good neighbors.
