Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name in order to access amenities. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass, and it must be paid prior to your arrival.
