Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. No cats are allowed. Dogs must not be on furniture or beds and should be crated or fenced when not accompanied by their owner.
