The apartment facilities and staff are nice. However, the apartment is painted a dark depressing color and the dark carpet adds to this effect. I feel like the carpet is worn and should have been replaced prior to renting. I hate that we have to use Amazon locker and can’t have door delivery. Such a pain!

Prior to the winter weather I would’ve given a 5/5 but the way the complex handled the weather made me give a 3/5. There was NO attempt to clear any of the winter weather at all. We are over a week past the weather and still no attempt to clean or help the parking lot. This means that the parking lot is a SOLID sheet of ice and almost impossible to walk across. For such a large complex and relatively expensive rent, DO BETTER.
