So far my resident experience has been good. The community and grounds are well kept. Its quiet and the residents are nice. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos.

The community used to have many more amenities that made living here special. Now it’s only thirsty Thursday, bingo and crafts. Bring back card game social, mixology and other chances to gather and meet our neighbors. Be the five star community that we deserve like your Bowman location. The Pointe North Hills is not as nice as it once was.

I like it here! I don’t like the bugs everywhere and the spiders everywhere. I kinda wish they would clean the hallways and get rid of all the bugs but other than that. The amenities are wonderful! Love the coffee machine and the beautiful gym.
