The fourth floor has a bedroom with a Full/Twin bunk bed and trundle, and a full bathroom with a spa-like soaking tub.

Four-wheel drive is recommended but not required for the short dirt road leading to the home. County-wide burn bans may be in effect, which could limit use of the fire pit. Guests are not allowed dock access at Beaver Lake properties. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Parties or events are not allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; unapproved parties or events will be fined $1000.
