No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit.
