Great service

Lilly, Jen, Andrew, Susan were all extremely attentive and helped answer all of my questions. As my first time moving in they made sure that the process was extremely easy and turnkey as possible. Definitely recommend working with any of these agents if you are looking to move in!

Exactly what our family needed

We moved here about a year ago and it is perfect for our family. We moved from out of state and the location and amenities are great.

It is a party quiet place but the pool gets active on the weekend.

Uncomfortable Environment

I was sitting in my chair in my living room this evening watching the nightly news when I received a phone call from the leasing office threatening to write me up if I do not quiet my apartment down. Excuse me? I asked what noise I was making up here and I was told it may have been a ball bouncing. Hmm, OK? I must have forgotten that I was hosting a basketball game in my empty apartment a few moments beforehand.

Anyway, I am writing this to warn folks to avoid this place unless you like feeling...
uneasy out of nowhere over something you weren't even doing. I am down here managing another division of my company and only spend half of my time in this apartment, the other half in my home in Colorado. I am not here partying and disturbing neighbors. I spend most days watching the TV when I am here and enjoying my own peace and quiet. The leasing office was getting ready to give me the dreaded write up over something that they have no evidence of. I can 100% gurantee that there is some kind of nonsense going on with this ordeal and it makes me concerned that the future in this place is going to be ugly if they are slinging the forbidden write ups out there all while absolutely nothing was going on.

A simple knock on my front door would have prompted me opening the door to a quiet apartment to prove my point. Point is, though, you do not want to live here. I suddenly have the sense of being under the microscope and walking on eggshells all at the same time all while I am sitting here doing absolutely nothing wrong. I am 32 and quite boring! Maybe I should start partying up here so they can give me legit warnings and write ups! I have owned my home in Colorado for 7 years and have apparently forgotten what it is like to be a renter, or things are drastically different in this place. However, I remember the decency of honesty from leasing offices/landlords in my past experiences having evidence of something if they presented a problem to me. I have never experienced anything like this out of the blue random nonsense back in my younger years of renting apartments and houses. This place is insane.

Management Support Property Ownership

This review is not about the staff or the apartment complex itself but the property management company that oversees it. I have never written a negative review of any company until now, but my experience compels me to share this.

Upon receiving my move-out report, I was shocked to see a $50 charge for a trash can we allegedly "stole." It took two weeks for the company to locate the trash can and remove the charge from the invoice. Next, I was billed $310 to repaint the entire apartment, despite...
only two out of seven photos showing areas that needed touch-up painting. Charging for a full repaint feels excessive and unjustified.

Additionally, the carpet cleaning quote, dated two weeks before we even moved out, stated that cleaning was "not recommended" and recommended a complete carpet replacement. Why would a carpet cleaning company refuse to clean an entire apartment? When I finally reached someone to discuss these charges, the conversation was unhelpful. The report highlighted supposed "discoloration" under my dresser and nightstand—areas where carpet is unlikely to get dirty or stained. When I questioned this, the representative backtracked, claiming they could see "where we were walking." Isn’t that normal wear and tear?

After speaking with three different people from the management company, I was finally connected to a manager. About an hour into our conversation, I asked if there was any point in discussing the charges, as it seemed their opinion was final regardless of my input. Her response was a blunt "yeah." This experience has been my first time feeling truly taken advantage of by an apartment management company. I understand paying for specific sections of carpet that exceed normal wear and tear, but being charged for what feels like a complete apartment renovation is outrageous. I feel helpless, facing a $1,000 bill right after moving out.

nice looking but cheaply made!

Don’t judge this apartment complex by it looks because it is very cheaply made. I can hear everything my upstairs neigbors are doing and it is ridiculous. I know every time they go restroom and I wish I didn’t because the price we are paying for this apartment is definitely not worth it. Save your money and rent somewhere else.
