Encantada Canyon Trails

I moved in two and a half months ago and it has been a disaster from day one.
The model unit I toured is not the unit I was handed keys to. The appliances in my actual apartment are old and worn out, nothing close to what was staged for the tour. Textbook bait and switch.
Safety is a real concern. Police have responded here three nights in a row, with gunfire at night. I do not feel safe walking alone after dark.
Maintenance is incompetent. It took four separate attempts to replace one kitchen... faucet.
Management is worse. On a recent visit to the office, I overheard staff openly badmouthing a tenant. During the same visit, I watched a staff member posting a fake five-star Google review from an office computer. They did not even try to hide it.

I love the staff tom is the best. Also the pool is nice and cool. The parking lot is always picked up. Love the views of the mountains both sides. Very nice inside. Also I been living here for five years I still love it.

My apartment complex has the choice of wood laminate flooring or carpet. The maintenance is good. The rent is rather high, however most apartments in the Arizona area are high priced right now.
