They shut off the air condition when it's st 90F outside, they said they wouldnt turn it on unless it's at least 100F. Feels like an oven inside my apartment!!!! They shut the air for 3 weeks now. Horrible people!!!

For starters, Fiesta Village used to be a Select Suites Extended Stay motel, which explains why the average size for a 1 bedroom is only 460 sq. feet compared to 700 sq. feet of the avg 1 bedroom in the Phoenix area.
I lived here for 3 years and they just started closing the gates 6 months ago. During this entire time they advertised Fiesta Village as a gated community- it was NOT for most of my time here. I've had 3 bicycles stolen - reported it to the office and they didn't care at all. The... office manager didn't even bother to document it. The office staff - including office manager - has changed 3 times in 3 years, which prevents them from getting to know their residents. The quality of the residents moving in has gradually decreased over the years. During my time there I dealt with numerous false accusations from playing loud music to smoking marijuana. I even once came home from a vacation with a 10-day notice on my door accusing me of smoking marijuana while the apartment was vacant. You should also factor in when paying for a furnished apartment with utilities included - your renting the furniture too - which is why the rent is so high for such a small unit. Also, the free WiFi is misleading as it is extremely unreliable and not supposed to be used for working from home anyway. Another issue is the laundry rooms where the credit card machines rarely work - and the machines steal quarters. Again, they take no responsibility for issues with the laundry as it is serviced by an outside vendor.
Lastly, when I moved in 3 years ago the complex had beautiful tall trees all over the grounds - and it was all grass. In their 'remodeling' every single tall tree was cut down which was very upsetting - and many areas of grass were replaced with rocks. The beautiful complex I had once moved into was no more. Before I moved out I received a notice of increase in rent by $150 a month. I now have an apartment that is twice as big with a patio / backyard in the upscale Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix for the exact same price I would have paid if I had chosen to stay.
More information: MEB Management's Better Business Bureau rating is (D-) The owner of the complex has been involved in multiple law suits which is public record. Multiple complaints for not returning security deposits no matter how perfect a condition you leave you apartment in.
