Villa Toscana

I have lived here for about nine years, and overall I’ve had a really good experience. The office staff has always been friendly, professional, and kind. Whenever I’ve had to put in a maintenance request, they’ve taken care of the issue and kept me informed if needed. I’m comfortable living here and really haven’t had any major problems with my apartment. After being here this long, I can say I’m happy with my experience.

I’ve lived here since 2001, I was looking for a place to lived in the Phoenix area, I found several apartments, but I wanted certain things. I found Villa Toscana wat I was looking for I found here at Villa Toscana, first a gated community, second security officer, three shopping close by, lots of good restaurants and fast food, fourth medical facilities and hospitals, finally bus stops really close.
Iv7been through 3 or 4 management companies and complex mangers, the district manager and the... manager I know and are very friendly and will answer yours questions. The assistant manager and hostess are absolutely great and very helpful. The maintenance supervisor to great and he has a very experienced and professional staff.

I recently relocated to Villa Toscana from California and I am sooo incredibly pleased with this move. The apartments are so cute and I adore my floor plan. The grass here is always lush, green, and clean. Very quiet complex no trash or nuisance on the whole property! Very nice amenities including valet trash service which I am grateful for on the 3rd floor! I have lived here two years. They tricked my partner into signing a lease increase without me being there. I’m also on the lease. They covered the price we would have to pay and told them, they had to sign without telling them what it was. We went from paying 1,000 a month to close to 1,400.

Random fees with a decrease in amenities. Out of no where they put up reserved parking signs for parking spots that were free. Now we have to pay for another spot. We have to pay more money now for a... maintenance fee that is supposed to take care of the grounds. Trash is everywhere. We can’t take our dog for a walk without her trying to eat chicken bones, dead birds, and cigarettes. Recently they replaced a lot of grass with rocks. So they don’t need to spend more money on water. We have to pay a trash disposal fee. Someone takes our trash out for us 5 times a week. We don’t need that. We live by a dumpster. Neighbors keep trash in front of door without a trash can.

Neighbors are constantly parking in fire lanes. Making it hard to back out or leave. People abandoned cars in free parking spots. I told the office this is unfair I have to pay for a spot while others use a spot for storage.

Office is always closed. Had a bad leak in my apartment that was urgent. Maintenance didn’t show up till a day later.

Drains are always clogged. It’s hard taking a shower with water not going through the drain.

Everything in the apartment is falling apart. Not worth the price and random fees.

Everyone in the office is rude and dismissive.

No one walks their dogs on leashes.

Weird disgusting smell by pool. Can’t walk by there.

They don’t hire anyone to clean. Just an extra fee

Can’t use laundry mat. They decreased the size of washers and increased price. Always dirty and gross. Clothes get trapped in washer and ruined.

It’s quiet, the staff is friendly and the front office has such great communication with residents. This complex is both kid and pet friendly. Would recommend to anybody who asks!
